The RODER VISION division designs and manufactures vision systems for optical control both in the production line and in the metrology laboratory.

The use of the most innovative techniques of image processing combined with a deep specialization in the systems of LED lighting allows us to offer the end user and the machine manufacturer systems and technologies that are always in step with the times.

We develop daily special applications in direct collaboration with end customers and plant builders.

Through the experience accumulated in the construction of "turnkey" systems, the VISION division is also able to offer a range of standard products and technologies that can be directly integrated into third-party systems.

VISIONLEN 1000 Series Vision Systems

Thickness and width measuring systems for flat materials in motion directly on the production line RODER SRL proposes the new series of SCAN-TT systems for the measurement of thickness and width in production line. Suitable for real-time measurement of thickness and width: strips, laminates, extrusions, strips, calendered, plates, profiles and discrete or continuous flat products. The SCANT-TT family represents the natural evolution of a series of sensors, systems and software initially developed to satisfy particular measurement needs (custom systems specifically created for particular production needs) and subsequently engineered and standardized until they became a tested and reliable product available in various production sectors and adaptable to any production or quality control requirement. The SCANT-TT family is composed of a series of hardware components, software, measuring instruments, mechanical structures, and distributed acquisition platforms specifically developed for the industrial production environment but also suitable for use in metrology laboratories. The considerable experience gained in the field by our company and the use of proprietary technologies specifically developed for this type of application have allowed us to constantly improve the performance of our thickness and width measurement systems.
