The systems division of RODER SRL is specialized in the creation of machines and measuring systems for non-destructive quality controlStarting from the customer's needs we develop the mechanical equipment,  automation systems and of control software necessary to coordinate all the control and interfacing operations on the production line. We provide “turnkey” solutions with relative assistance for production, staff training and periodic maintenance. RODER presents LTM-1000 the new non-contact measuring systems for measuring thickness and width with LASER technology.
Used in all applications that require an economical and easy-to-use system, the LTM-1000 allows you to measure the thickness or width of continuous or discontinuous materials through laser light sources. The measurement is non-contact and allows dimensional checks even on moving materials, materials that are easily deformed or not measurable with traditional contact measurement techniques. The measurement can be displayed directly on the instrument and can be generated by programmable alarm thresholds or by signals
