Railway hall profile survey with extraction of geometric or dimensional information

Measure of angles, distances, openings, positions to verify the correct execution of the workings or as preparation for welding and assembly operations

Comparison with the mathematical model for the determination of controlling shares

Applications on robotic islands, on Cartesian axes or on automatic assembly islands

3D laser scanning technique based on optical triangulation technology and the reconstruction of profiles with point clouds.
Systems for profile measurement through the detection of point clouds in 3 dimensions and consequent numerical processing of the maps. LASER technology allows to obtain very high precision even on complex objects and materials with different optical characteristics. A wide range of image processing systems and reconstruction techniques allow you to extract the desired dimensional and geometric information.

Static and dynamic dimensional control island of railway halls. The system provides in
completely automatic way to check all the dimensional parameters of a room
railway (diameters, multi-section wheel profiles, gauges, oscillations, lengths,
skids and positions). In addition to traditional wheel and axle controls
checks are also carried out on the spindles and brake discs. The type of dining room
analyze and all related parameters to be analyzed (wheel model, dimensions, presence
or absence of bushings, presence or absence of brake discs and relative positions) come
loaded automatically by reading a barcode and a computer connection
to the production server. At the end of the control process the room is returned to the flow
production and the related report is sent to the central database for decisions by
take in the subsequent stages of production.
