Typical applications

Control and measurement of parts in transit on conveyor belts.

The DL1 series LED illuminators can be installed in a multi-angle configuration to illuminate objects with irregular shapes and with the possibility of limiting shaded areas.

The fixing brackets can be adjusted for a direct light emission in the area affected by the vision system.

Combined with the VISION CHECK family of vision systems, the DL1 series illuminators constitute an “all-in-one” vision system perfectly integrated into the production line and with the possibility of exchanging data and reports with PLC, SCADA and management systems.

ROBOT guide

The DL1 series LED illuminators, thanks to their modularity and mechanical strength, can be used in ROBOT driving applications.

Machine vision applications involving robot manipulation require high brightness of the light source and at the same time high uniformity of the area framed by the camera.

Verification and inspection on miniaturized products

The DL1 series LED illuminators are particularly miniaturized and thin, therefore suitable for installation in confined spaces, on automatic machines or on compact equipment.

The aluminum container of the DL1 series allows a high heat dissipation and at the same time a good structural rigidity able to withstand vibrations and thermal excursions.

Control and verification of printing defects on continuous products


Some models of the DL1 series of illuminators are designed to work with a long length of the illuminated area, in some cases up to 3000 mm (DL1L series). This feature allows the realization of systems based on linear cameras or the inspection of continuous objects with a high field of view.
