Archimeters for radius, diameter and profile measurements

The archimeters allow the measurement of the radius of curvature or, of the internal or external diameter of a certain part using the method of measuring the circumference based on three points.

Il High precision digital radius and diameter gauge of the DIACHECK-CT series is designed to measure the radius of cylindrical objects such as pipes, profiles and calenders quickly and accurately.

The tool allows the direct and instantaneous reading of the internal or external radius values for a wide range of curves, profiles, diameters and cylindrical objects.

The large LCD display allows immediate display of the measured value in digital form and allows the Value transfer via Bluetooth.

DIACHECK-CT series archimeters are very convenient to use. No need to cut out shapes to know the radius of a curve, nor to remove the piece from the machine to measure itor even extract the part from its installation site (for example underground pipes, installed tanks, positioned and fixed calenders)

The fields of application of the DIACHECK-CT series archimeters are multiple and come supplied with different measuring arcs and with different angles of support. The use of the various arcs offers a measurement range between 100 and 10000 mm.

Why choose a DIACHECK-CT archmeter?

  1. Large LCD display
The DIACHECK-CT series archmeters use an LCD display with highly readable characters and a height of 8 mm
  2. Powered by long-lasting battery
The use of a very low consumption electronic controller allows the instrument to be used with batteries without recharging and which have a duration of use of up to one year with daily use.
  3. Protective case
The protective case protects the measuring instrument in the event of accidental impacts or falls
  4. 180 ° rotatable display
The DIACHECK-CT archimeter can also work upside down because the display can be rotated by 180° and the measurement is easily readable even with the instrument upside down (only on versions without Bluetooth).
  5. Wireless data transmission button
The wireless transmission button is located in a convenient and accessible position and allows the measurement to be sent remotely even if the operator is wearing protective gloves.
  6. Hardened support rollers
The support rollers are made of hardened steel to reduce wear over time.
  7. Easily removable measuring tool
The measuring instrument is mounted on a removable support and can be installed on more than one arch, allowing with a single instrument to compose multiple archmeters with different characteristics and measurement ranges
  8. Interchangeable contact point
The measuring point is equipped with an interchangeable tip. It is possible to replace the tip to create customized contact points.
  9. Possibility of replacing support rollers
In cases where the archimeter is used for measurements on very abrasive surfaces or with the "continuous scanning" measurement technique, it may be necessary to replace the contact rollers. For this reason the support rollers are interchangeable.

Deepening

Archimeters are an indispensable tool for measuring curved geometry objects such as pipes, sheets, glasses and profiles. Thanks to their technology, they allow you to calculate the curvature of these materials with extreme precision.

With the use of these tools, professionals and enthusiasts of industries such as mechanics, carpentry, carpentry, the production of glass and furnishing elements they can create objects and parts with perfectly calibrated and uniform curves, guaranteeing a high quality final result.

Thanks to the use of archimeters, it is possible to identify the precise curvature of each single tube or profile, thus avoiding finding problems during their positioning and installation.

Sheet metal and glass also require a particular curvature, especially in architecture and in the furniture industry.

Thanks to the archimeters, curvature can be measured accurately and uniformly, avoiding the risk of chipping or breaking of the material during processing and positioning.

Also, using these tools allows you to perfectly calibrate the curvature of the sheet metal and glass, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing and functional final result.

Finally, archimeters are widely used in the engineering sector for bending metal profiles. The use of these tools allows you to make the most precise measurement possible, avoiding errors that could compromise the stability and functionality of the products made.

Furthermore, thanks to the measurements carried out with archimeters, it is possible to guarantee uniformity of curvature throughout the production, ensuring customers end results of excellent quality.
