Use of latest generation LEDs with high efficiency and brightness combined with low energy consumption
- HTTM technology
HTTM technology ( RODER Patent Pending ) for efficient dissipation of the heat produced by the LEDs. The heat produced by the LEDs is transferred to the outside through a material with high thermal conductivity.
- Integrated driver
All the LED illuminators of the DL1 series integrate drivers for stabilizing the LED current and allow to operate with a direct 24 Vdc power supply, keeping the light emission constant and guaranteeing a high homogeneity of the light emission matrix.
- Body in anodized aluminum
Body made of anodized aluminum for greater heat dissipation and excellent structural rigidity.
- Test certificate
Each illuminator produced is equipped with a serial number and a test certificate created after 48 hours of testing in our laboratory
- Industrial connector
The power supply connection is made with a 8-pole M3 industrial connector for quick and easy disconnection in case of maintenance or replacement
- Reduced thickness
The use of SMD technology allows to obtain an illuminator with reduced thickness and dimensions, allowing installation even in compact automatic machines and automatic production systems.

Control and measurement of parts in transit on conveyor belts.
The DL1 series LED illuminators can be installed in a multi-angle configuration to illuminate objects with irregular shapes and with the possibility of limiting shaded areas.
The fixing brackets can be adjusted for a direct light emission in the area affected by the vision system.
Combined with the VISION CHECK family of vision systems, the DL1 series illuminators constitute an “all-in-one” vision system perfectly integrated into the production line and with the possibility of exchanging data and reports with PLC, SCADA and management systems.

RODER SRL presents the new DC2 series LED circular illuminators for lighting applications artificial vision, manual inspection, microscopes, optical machines and generic lighting.
The DC2 series of illuminators is built with the latest generation of LEDs, capable of guaranteeing high brightness, low consumption, high luminous efficiency and an average life of over 100000 operating hours (equal to 11 years with continuous use or 15-16 years with its discontinuous).
The LEDs are mounted with an inclination such as to convey the light emitted to the center of the illuminator, ensuring maximum brightness even in confined spaces and at reduced distances.
It is possible to choose between different sizes and different wavelengths. Custom versions are also available, made to specification and with customized characteristics.
The container of the DC2 series is in anodized aluminum, which gives the illuminator a good aesthetic finish and high heat dissipation.
The cable with connector allows an easy and quick disconnection from the power supply unit for maintenance or cleaning operations.
The use of HTTM® technology (High Thermal Transmission Material - Roder Electronics Trademark) allows an adequate heat dissipation, a good chromatic stability of the illuminator and a long operating life of the illuminator.
All the illuminators of the DC2 series integrate the drivers for the stabilization of the LED current and allow to operate with a direct 24 Vdc power supply, keeping the light emission constant and ensuring a high homogeneity of the light emission matrix.
The small size of the illuminator also allows installation in compact automatic machines and automatic production systems.
