- Integrated driver
All the LED illuminators of the DL1 series integrate drivers for stabilizing the LED current and allow to operate with a direct 24 Vdc power supply, keeping the light emission constant and guaranteeing a high homogeneity of the light emission matrix.
- Body in anodized aluminum
Body made of anodized aluminum for greater heat dissipation and excellent structural rigidity.
- Test certificate
Each illuminator produced is equipped with a serial number and a test certificate created after 48 hours of testing in our laboratory
- Industrial connector
The power supply connection is made with a 8-pole M3 industrial connector for quick and easy disconnection in case of maintenance or replacement
- Reduced thickness
The use of SMD technology allows to obtain an illuminator with reduced thickness and dimensions, allowing installation even in compact automatic machines and automatic production systems.

The DL5 series LED illuminators can be installed in a multi-angle configuration to illuminate objects with irregular shapes and with the possibility of limiting shaded areas.
The fixing brackets can be adjusted for a direct light emission in the area affected by the vision system.
Combined with the VISION CHECK family of vision systems, the DL5 series illuminators constitute an “all-in-one” vision system perfectly integrated into the production line and with the possibility of exchanging data and reports with PLC, SCADA and management systems.

The DL5 series LED illuminators, thanks to their modularity and mechanical strength, can be used in ROBOT driving applications.
Machine vision applications involving robot manipulation require high brightness of the light source and at the same time high uniformity of the area framed by the camera.
Verification and inspection on miniaturized products
The DL5 series LED illuminators are particularly miniaturized and thin, therefore suitable for installation in confined spaces, on automatic machines or on compact equipment.
The aluminum container of the DL5 series allows a high heat dissipation and at the same time a good structural rigidity able to withstand vibrations and thermal excursions.
Control and verification of printing defects on continuous products
Some models of the DL5 series of illuminators are designed to work with a high length of the illuminated area, in some cases up to 3000 mm. This feature allows the creation of systems based on linear cameras or the inspection of continuous objects with a high field of view.
