• Body in anodized aluminum
  Body made of anodized aluminum for greater heat dissipation and excellent structural rigidity.

• Test certificate
  Each illuminator produced is equipped with a serial number and a test certificate created after 48 hours of testing in our laboratory

• Industrial connector
  The power supply connection is made with a 8-pole M3 industrial connector for quick and easy disconnection in case of maintenance or replacement

• Reduced thickness
  The use of SMD technology allows to obtain an illuminator with reduced thickness and dimensions, allowing installation even in compact automatic machines and automatic production systems.

Control and measurement of parts in transit on conveyor belts.

The DL1 series LED illuminators can be installed in a multi-angle configuration to illuminate objects with irregular shapes and with the possibility of limiting shaded areas.

The fixing brackets can be adjusted for a direct light emission in the area affected by the vision system.

Combined with the VISION CHECK family of vision systems, the DL1 series illuminators constitute an “all-in-one” vision system perfectly integrated into the production line and with the possibility of exchanging data and reports with PLC, SCADA and management systems.

RODER SRL presents the new DL3 MINI series LED spotlights for artificial vision, manual inspection, microscopes, optical machines and generic lighting applications.

The DL3 MINI series of illuminators is built with the latest generation of LEDs, capable of guaranteeing high brightness (up to 110 lumens), low consumption (less than 2 W at maximum brightness), high luminous efficiency (up to 110 lm / w) and an average life of more than 50000 operating hours (equal to 5 years of continuous use or 10-11 years of discontinuous use).

It is possible to choose between different wavelengths. Custom versions are also available, made to specification and with customized characteristics.

The container of the DL3 MINI series is in anodized aluminum, which gives the illuminator a good aesthetic finish and high heat dissipation. The protection of the optics is carried out with a polycarbonate glass with anti-scratch and anti-aging treatment, removable and replaceable in case of damage.

The cable with connector allows an easy and quick disconnection from the power supply unit for maintenance or cleaning operations.

The use of HTTM® technology (High Thermal Transmission Material - Roder Electronics Trademark) allows an adequate heat dissipation, a good chromatic stability of the illuminator and a long operating life of the illuminator.

Combined with the power supplies and controllers of the DRV series it is possible to obtain complete lighting systems, with various supply voltages, the possibility of pulsed control, external synchronization, controlled overcurrent, linear partialisation.

The small size of the illuminator also allows installation in compact automatic machines and automatic production systems.
